Refund policy

Walls & Time promises to always be fair in all business matters. Customer happiness is the highest priority when assessing any situation, especially to do with exchanges or returns.  While the refund policy doesn't allow for just any return, for any reason, it still goes over and above the manufacturer's basic quality guarantee, which states the customer has 30 days after receiving their item to request a return, should the item:

a. be something other than what was ordered, such as item, size, or color

b. not be in perfect condition and or not still in the original packaging 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 Please note that returns will need to be sent to an address other than the manufacturer, and that address will be disclosed to you once your refund or exchange is approved.  Please do not contact the product supplier yourself.  



If your return or exchange is accepted as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order right away once you receive it, and send an email immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please send a picture or video of the item along with your contact information and include a brief description of the item and what the issue is. Please feel free to get in touch if you have questions or concerns, but be assured your request will be handled within a timely manner, and you will be advised of your next steps within 2 days ( Walls & Time is always open!)

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have but don't want just as soon you can, but remembering to wait for the confirmation of approval to come to your inbox first, and then you can make a separate purchase for your new item right away after that.

European Union 14 day cooling off period (N/A Not currently dbi EU)
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
You will be notified once your item is received and inspected to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, so please check with your institution if there is an unexplained delay.

 
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return is approved, please do contact Walls & Time again at info@wallsandtime.com, and reference the refund/product details in your email.
