HOW TO USE WHATS APP:

WhatsApp is an application created by Meta, the creators of Facebook. It provides a cost-free way for people to communicate confidentially around the world, via call or text, and is commonly used by small businesses as a means of contact with their valued customers. It differs from traditional cell phone service in that it does not have a phone number one can provide to someone else. To use its service, you do use your personal cell phone number, but then receive a scannable QR code to share instead. Whomever you share your code with then scans your code with their own personal cell phone via a QR Code Scanning App they downloaded, or the phone's camera, which would already have this ability.  Now these two can communicate with their personal phones without sharing their personal number.  There is also an option to transfer WhatsApp to your computer.

The currency you see in store while shopping will depend on the country you are in.  Though shipping may be from Canada, the USA, and occasionally from other countries, the actual online store, by IP address, is in Canada.  However, the product prices you see on screen  will have already been automatically converted to the appropriate currency for you, converted from CDN Dollars, and using the current exchange rate for that day.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

Walls and Time Offers Free Shipping to the customer when the country they reside in matches the product location.  This is easily identified by the appropriate flag within each product listing.  ie. If a certain wall clock is shipped from a US location to a customer in the US, that customer can be offered free shipping.  If that same clock is shipped from the US to a customer in Canada, Walls & Time will share the expense with that customer.  

TAX

If VAT or taxes for goods and services are due on a product you are purchasing, these will be automatically charged to you at checkout, and you will see them included in your Total before you authorize a payment.
